We are built for guys who are looking to put on a base layer of muscle over their entire body. Some guys are just skinny and self conscious about it. They want to show some muscle, but they don’t necessarily want to dedicate themselves to the gym.

Some guys have tried workouts in the past but hated it too much to stick with it. They want an easier, simpler plan that’s foolproof. They are looking for a system made up of exercises they don’t hate and that don’t suck to do.

And then there are the men who don’t feel secure in their bodies. They don’t have much muscle or strength and it makes them feel like less of a man. They don’t feel attractive. Their relationships and their life suffers because of it.

It doesn’t have to be that way. If you can find a relatively easy and effective way to train at home and you can keep doing it consistently without burning yourself out, the results will surely come!

The Strength Underground is about exercising consistently for ONE FULL YEAR.

(Well, it’s really about making exercise a permanent part of our lives, but we focus on the first year to build the habit.)

What you’ll be doing for this first year is a unique exercise method of home training to gain strength and build a body better equipped to meet whatever life might throw at you.

Getting older with a strengthening body can only serve to help you live your best life. You cannot be neglectful of your body and still maximize your true potential.

Exercise wards off disability, it keeps metabolic diseases at bay, it protects your joints and builds your bones. It makes you look and feel tons better.

Your body… it’s foundational structure of muscles, tendons, bones, and joints… is EVERYTHING when it comes to your life. Your confidence and self esteem are often tied to it. Your ability to attract and keep a mate sometimes rests on it. Your looking good and liking what you see in the mirror is a major part of our inner space, and to lie to ourselves and tell ourselves it’s not important never works to soothe our souls when we’re feeling down about our bodies.

But most people choose an exercise program they don’t like and it burns them out in a few short months.

It takes too much time. It takes too much energy. You can only get through it when you’re filled with motivation, willpower, and discipline. But as soon as our self discipline wanes, we fall of the program and our bodies regress to their former selves.

However, if a program could be designed that was “relatively” easy, and you didn’t have to be “raring to go” to get through it, and could be done at home, and with minimal equipment… and only took 15 minutes…. we now have something we can work with, eh, gentlemen?

Many people have tried home exercise programs, but they haven’t discovered the few key elements that cause our subconscious minds to abandon our exercise attempts. They haven’t put their training into a turn-key system that can easily be deployed day after day. They have not uncovered the obstacles that derail our exercise attempts and the easiest ways to overcome them.

The good news is: I’ve got that all figured out for you!
